ABOUT ME
I'm a Technical Writer, Corporate Trainer and Operations Manager with 30 years in the banking industry. A large portion of my training development effort is spent technical writing to convey complex technical information into easily understood guides for end-users. I've created instructional documents for both internal employees and external clients.
I've managed teams of various sizes and disciplines. When assigned to lead a new team I work to structure, document and streamline processes.
I consult with department managers to develop and implement training programs to close skill gaps and create succession plans so employees can grow in their support of the company's strategic goals.
